About NyayaHQ — AI Legal OS Built in India for Indian Advocates
NyayaHQ is built by Hyperviz Labs, headquartered in Ludhiana, Punjab, India. We launched in 2025 with one goal: give every Indian advocate — from a solo district court practitioner to a 20-seat firm — the same AI-powered tools that large law firms have, at a price that actually makes sense for Indian legal practice.
Why We Built This
Indian advocates work across fragmented tools — WhatsApp for client updates, handwritten diaries for hearings, manual CNR lookups on eCourts, and Word documents for drafting. When India overhauled its criminal laws in 2024 (BNS replacing IPC, BNSS replacing CrPC, BSA replacing the Evidence Act), the gap between what advocates needed and what software offered became unmistakable. NyayaHQ was built to close it.
Our Principles
- Advocate-First — every feature is designed around the Indian legal professional and how they actually work in court
- India-Built — purpose-built for BNS, BNSS, BSA, and the realities of Indian courts
- Honest by Design — we tell you exactly where your data lives, what our AI can and cannot do, and what we're still building
- Trust & Security — OWASP Top 10 aligned, AES-256 encryption, DPDP Act 2023 compliant
Data & Infrastructure
